We repair and appriase jewelry in house.

We're one of the few jewelry stores in Muskegon and the surrounding area owned and operated by full-time in-house jewelers. Almost all of our jewelry repair is done in-house, so our customers know where their jewelry is at all times.

Appraisals are done right here in the store, by either Karl or Julie (or both of us, if it's a challenging piece). 

Krautheim & Swanson GemWorks does in-house jewelry design . Maybe you've inherited some nice jewelry that just isn't your style.  Maybe you're no longer married and don't know what to do with that diamond.  If you have stones you'd like made into something new, or if you just can't find the perfect thing, come in to see us. Julie or Karl will work with you to create a custom design for a piece of jewelry that is like no other in the world.

We also offer watch and clock repair , pearl re-stringing, engraving, hand-engraving, re-silvering and repair of hollowware and flatware, and much more.

We always gift wrap for free, and will ship your items for you if you like.
